Overview
Kriya Yoga is known as a direct path to awakening—a simple, clear way to return to the truth of who we are. Instead of exploring many spiritual paths or techniques, Kriya Yoga guides you straight into the experience of the Divine within. It is a science of inner transformation that uses breath, awareness, and prana to reveal the peace and clarity already inside you.
This path is practical and grounded. It teaches not only how to meditate, but how to live consciously—how to speak, act, feel, and choose from presence instead of habit. It cares for every part of you: physical body, breath, emotions, mind, intuition, and soul, bringing them into balance and alignment.
The ultimate purpose of this path is Self-realization—to recognize and rest in the truth that your essence is pure awareness, deep peace, and unchanging presence. Kriya Yoga does not ask you to believe this; it teaches you to experience it directly.
This Kriya Yoga programme is a living transmission of ancient yogic knowledge from the Himalayan lineage of Mahavatar Babaji and Vishuddhananda Paramahamsa—a lineage that has preserved the path of inner awakening through direct experience, devotion, and practice. Guided by Sacchidanandaprem Acharya Swamin, this course offers practical and reliable methods that help you connect with your inner energy and natural state of peace. These are not ideas to think about, but practices to feel—breathing techniques, inner awareness, Kriya Yoga healing and meditative contemplation that help you access the quiet, steady presence within yourself.
Through this training, you will begin to awaken and stabilize your life-force (prana) so that energy flows more freely through the body and mind. As your nadis (energy channels) gradually purify, your breath, emotions, and awareness begin to move in harmony. The chakras start to balance and open naturally—not through effort or imagination—but through the gentle rise of prana. At the same time, the koshas (the five layers of our being) begin to come into alignment, allowing your physical body, energy, emotions, mind, and inner essence to work together instead of against one another.
Over time, your perception becomes clearer. Inner insight awakens, helping you respond to life with calm clarity rather than stress or old patterns. Confidence and trust replace worry. As old energetic blocks release, manifestation stops being something forced and begins to happen naturally—because you are aligned with your deeper purpose. Your heart opens, devotion grows, and a soft, steady peace begins to take root inside you.
This journey naturally leads toward Self-realization—the living recognition that your true nature is not the thinking mind or the changing body, but the still, luminous awareness within.
The seed of the Kriya Yoga Project was planted by Sri Mahavatar Babaji during an encounter with Him in 2008 in the Darjeeling Himalayan region. Since that moment, there was patient waiting for the right time and circumstances to unfold — a waiting that finally came to fruition this year at the sacred Mahavatar Babaji Cave in Dunagiri, the Himalayas, during a profound journey to the Himalayas in 2025.

Courses
Part 1: Kriya Yoga – Foundational Awakening
2 Guided Practices Each Month for 3 Months
Part One lays the energetic foundation required for authentic spiritual growth and inner transformation. Through precise breathwork, focused internal awareness, and guided meditation, the practitioner begins to purify the subtle nervous system, awaken the natural flow of prana, and cultivate a steady, grounded inner presence. This stage is essential for strengthening the life-force, stabilizing the emotional field, and releasing unconscious patterns held in the spine and chakras. As the nadis (energy channels) open, vitality increases and emotional resilience naturally develops. The breath slows and deepens, allowing the mind to become quiet and spacious. With repeated practice, the spine awakens as the central channel of energy (Sushumna Nadi), preparing the practitioner for deeper stages of Kriya. This process gently shifts awareness from reaction to inner witnessing, allowing one to respond to life with clarity instead of impulse.
This foundational work also supports healing and transformation in daily life. As breath deepens and prana flows freely, the body’s natural self-repair systems activate, gradually unwinding tension, stress, and fatigue. As mental clarity increases, confusion dissolves and intuitive decision-making strengthens, creating the inner conditions for prosperity and aligned manifestation. Emotional defenses begin to soften, allowing old relationship patterns and stored pain to release. Communication becomes clearer, the heart opens more naturally, and interactions become more honest, receptive, and compassionate.
Part One creates the ground of inner steadiness that allows all later awakening to unfold safely, deeply, and with grace.
Part 2: Kriya Yoga Therapy – Healing & Transformation
2 Guided Practices Each Month for 3 Months
Once the energetic foundation is awakened and the inner current of prana is steady, Part Two introduces therapeutic kriyas that support emotional healing, trauma release, and the restoration of the subtle body. In this phase, Kriya becomes healing medicine, working directly with the heart, breath, and nervous system to dissolve deeply held patterns of contraction and emotional memory. Gentle breath rhythms and guided awareness invite stored imprints in the diaphragm, chest, hips, and heart center to unwind, releasing relationship pain, past betrayals, family conditioning, and unresolved grief. As the heart softens and opens, compassion and presence replace old defenses, allowing relationships to shift toward greater honesty, clarity, and ease.
This phase also focuses on rebalancing the flow of life-force, which directly influences prosperity and creativity. When inner tension, fear, and self-protection dissolve, prana no longer leaks outward and begins to nourish the system from within. Confidence strengthens, self-worth returns, and the capacity to receive abundance naturally increases—not from effort or striving, but from alignment and openness. Additionally, the therapeutic kriyas in Part Two help regulate the nervous system and hormonal balance, supporting adrenal, thyroid, and reproductive health to restore energy, restfulness, and inner vibrancy.
As this healing unfolds, emotional heaviness begins to lift, chronic stress and anxiety soften, and self-sabotaging patterns lose their power. The practitioner becomes more grounded, compassionate, clear, and self-aware, able to relate to others from authenticity rather than old emotional wounds. A deep sense of inner trust and prosperity develops, and spaciousness in the heart and mind becomes natural rather than forced.
Part Two leads to a state of inner wholeness, where the practitioner no longer lives from past pain, but from presence, connection, and inner strength.
